Pre-inspection of the carpet in order to determine if there are any areas of concern that may require special attention.
Perform examination and analysis of the carpet in order to determine proper fiber identification.
Recommend the proper cleaning method to be used for your specific carpet type, this may be Traditional Rotary Scrubber, Scrub Wand Steam Cleaning or RX-20 Rotary Steam Cleaning, allowing you the customer to make the final choice.
Take complete measurements in order to determine the total square footage of the area to be cleaned.
Establish a firm price with the customer before we commence work on the job.
Carefully move all furniture that can be moved away from the area to be cleaned.
Secure all pets and children away from work area and place safety signs in areas we will be working in.
Pre-vacuum the carpet in order to remove any loss soil.
Pre-treat any areas where there may be spots or stains on the carpet.
Pre-treat the carpet with an alkaline based enzyme.
Clean the carpet using the carpet cleaning method that has been chosen by the customer.
Perform a final rinse and extraction utilizing a carpet wand in order to neutralize the carpet, getting rid of any soap residue and any excess water.

The Choice Is Yours

Traditional Rotary Scrubber (Good)

This method provides for good agitation, but lacks extraction and can therefore over wet and damage carpet if the technician is not properly trained or does not have the proper experience. Though this method is not recommended in most cases, it may be the best option for specific carpet types in certain commercial carpet situations where the use of other methods is not possible.

Scrub Wand (Better)

This method provides for good extraction, but forward and backward cleaning action depends on manual labor, operator strength and endurance in order to receive consistent results each time. This is a better method than the Traditional Rotary Scrubber method mentioned above and can be very effective in most carpet cleaning situations.

RX-20 Rotary Cleaning System (Best)

This is the most effective method for cleaning your carpets and will usually produce the best results. It provides for the best agitation and extraction since the machine does all the hard work and it does not depend on manual labor, operator strength and endurance like the Scrub Wand method mentioned above.
